Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Travel Leads services, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Services Provided

Travel Leads is a platform where Travel Agents and Cab Owners can purchase verified leads. Leads are accessible via the Travel Leads Wallet, which must be funded to make purchases. Travel Leads does not guarantee any specific result or outcome from the leads purchased.

Account and Eligibility

  • Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information at all times.
  • Eligibility: The platform is intended for use by registered Travel Agents and Cab Owners. Travel Leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    Travel Leads Wallet

  • Funding: The Travel Leads Wallet must be funded before purchasing leads. Users are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance.
  • Non-Refundable: Wallet recharge amounts are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Please ensure the funding amount aligns with your purchasing needs.

    Lead Purchase Policy

    All lead purchases are final and non-refundable. Users are advised to review lead details carefully before completing a purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased leads, except under exceptional circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

    Refund Policy

    While lead purchases are non-refundable, in cases where users are inadvertently charged for leads they did not purchase, Travel Leads will issue a credit refund to the user's wallet for the amount charged in error. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

    Prohibited Activities

    Users agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Attempting to manipulate or misuse the platform.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation of identity or intent.
  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the platform in any medium without authorization.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform’s performance or functionality.

    Limitation of Liability

    Travel Leads is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes any damages resulting from:

  • Loss of leads or information due to unauthorized access.
  • Reliance on leads for business decisions or revenue generation.
  • Issues arising from delays or disruptions to our services.

    Modification of Terms

    Travel Leads reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travel Leads operates. By using our platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts for any disputes or legal matters related to these terms.
